Ziggurat Encampment

What the hell is wrong with this place? You finish the game, want a waypoint? Nah. You can walk all the way down the stairs to go to the drown city. Fortunately, you can hit F5 (most of the time) to go to your hideout. I say most of the time because F5 wont work for a long time upon loading the game. I assume /hideout works too, but this shouldn't be required. Second, why the hell is the waypoint SO FAR from everything? Both the other acts have it in a fairly reasonable spot. Also act 3 normal, why cant I see all the waypoints on the map? Why do I only have access to the past?

All of this was reported/complained about on Day 1. So you also have to ask "Why haven't they fixed this yet?"
