Please make crafting more rewarding
I love this game, you guys knocked the ball out of the park! There are a few issues with the end game, but the one that is most demoralising for me is the crafting. I know that you have to make it more rewarding in SSB, but it shouldn’t be so heavily penalised in Standard. I have put hundreds of hours into the game and crafted thousands of items. Let’s take quarter staff’s as an example. It is sooooo hard to craft a decent end game staff because the roll’s are so heavily weighted for accuracy. 8 out of 10 times I will roll accuracy in some form onto a staff I try to craft. On top of this high tier physical damage is rarer than unicorns, even when using greater essence’s. Armour and rings always seem to roll life and mana more often than other prefixes. To top this off, Chaos orbs seem to target good stats like physical damage, crit chance or attack speed, it’s almost like they are programmed to avoid removing accuracy from an item.
I get it that crafting should not be easy, but it should not be so unfairly weighted either. I’m at the point now where I will stop playing the game till the new season. I know you guys listen to players and I am sure that you can see that crafting is not rewarding in the end game, and do something about it. I posted this to just to let you know that I think it is a priority cause if you did that you will keep regular players in the game for longer and reduce the power of the scalpers by a little in the trade market.
