Potential Bug with Bow

Playing Pathfinder , Using Feathered Fletcher Passive node in tree. It doesnt benefit from Support gem Acceleration that gives Projectiles 40% more Projectile speed. My projectile speed goes from 243% to almost 400% but does 0 for the dmg. Not sure if intended since tree states increases and decreases (excluding) more/less
