Unique Items That Dont Work

Not only do most of the abilities givin from unique items not even work
there all almost useless as is even after there "buff"
- Brain Rattler - Electrocute doesnt even work atll
- ALL BLEED uniques that aggravate bleeding DO NOT WORK, they dont aggravate or give any dmg increase at all
-Keth Raiment that gives u "Energy shield doesnt stop when taking dmg" or how ever thats worded just straight up doesnt work

these are only a few examples, im sure there are MANY more that just plain flat out dont work as intented or at all

Very cool that theres alrdy hardly any uniques that even matter let alone could be build defining or built around the ones that do have neat or usefull abilities just dont even fucking work

i get you wanted rares to be a thing but man......cmon

I am hoping that they clearly got the message the players do not like the uniques.
