Game keep crashing

Hi good day im playing on ps5 and the game keep crashing when ever i transfer to another location whenever i used the map device or the waypoint it automatically crashing. i cant play normally its frustrating ihave to log in evertime i enter any location pls need help🙏🏼 thank you and more power
