Cross play Playstation / Steamdeck (PC) while PSN is down. Stash Tabs are all (Remove-only)

With PSN down, I went ahead and bought early access on steam to play on the steamdeck and was finally able to login to link accounts this morning.

I get into my account and all of my stash tabs say (Remove-only) …

Anyone know why this is?

Yeah…. I’m fairly confident that is exactly why I was asking.

I don’t want to buy $200 worth of stash tabs on PC. Do the character slots I buy on PSN work on PC?
Do the guild coins I donate on PSN only work for people on PSN?
I know the answer to the later since my guild leader is on PC and he thanked me for donating coins to the guild.
