feature idea: vow of balance

Hello.
This is an idea for an opt-in feature: starting with the next league the player character can take a vow of balance. This is a permanent decision for that character. If you don't take the vow, you play like usually. If you take the vow, it has the following effects:
-you are effected by regular mid season balance changes
-you are not able to equip endgame uniques that break the game by making the player overpowered

The idea behind this is two fold: On the one hand GoG can get regular balancing feedback from a large player base during the season and quickly try out balancing changes and players who want it, can choose to have a more balanced combat experience. On the other hand players who want to stick to their overpowered builds can do so and won't be effected by the vow of balance during the league.
