Why is there no Loadouts in this game?

It's kind of frustrating and confusing why this game does not have any loadouts with hotkey, wherein you change auto change your gears and items with a press of a button.

When you press 1 on keyboard gear will change to lightning build
When you press 2 on keyboard gear will change to fire build
And so on . . .

Why would you need loadouts? In what situation would you need to swap every piece of gear you have or more then weapons.

Loadouts is mandatory in all games, in case you wanna change the skill tree just save it on loadouts without going thru the tedious clicking each skill tree.

So you can test other builds per class.
