King of The Mist doesn't enter second phase if he was killed near ramp

Basically title. If you kill king of the mist near the ramp, when you come back to phase 2, he doesn't do anything. I was able to make him enter phase 2 fidling with blink, but he would still be invencible. I have video, but don't know how to post it here, so I created a thread on reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/PathOfExile2/comments/1ii05h7/king_of_the_mist_bugged_out_on_phase_2/ Just make him tp to the center on start of phase 2...
