Make Shift-Enter Context Sensitive please

If I have the Global channel disabled, I'd prefer it if Shift-Enter defaulted to Guild chat, overriding previous reply target. If global is enabled, continue to behave as it does currently. This would reduce the annoyance of needing to re-disable global each time I fat finger the shift key when I press enter to chat.
