Issue: Currency Exchange in SC not Possible, because all Spots are Blocked by Dead HC Char

I Played Hardcore and Traded there via Currency Exchange.
Than i died.

I wanted to continue in Softcore.
Now all my Currency Exchange Spots are blocked by Hardcore Trade.

ISSUE:
I cannot cancel the Trades. (Workaround: Play a new Hardcore Char through the Story again to unlock Currency Exchange again -> Not Funny).

Proposal A:
When 1 Char in "League" Unlocks Currency exchange, it should be available for all chars on this account (also for LVL 1 chars).

Proposal B:
Currency Exchange is seperated by Leagues (that means 10 Spots for HC and 10 Spots for SC)

Other Quick and Dirty / Bad Solution (not that good solution):
Canceling Trades out of Other League is possible -> But you loose everything (what you sell/buy/gold)
