Support team - wtf?

I guess I write this only to uptick some statistic, but I hope it will do something.

There are hundreds of threads here and on reddit about support team not responding to emails, or responding after weeks.

I love this game, I always did, this is why I paid a lot for thaumaturgist support pack before the launch. Still no t-shirt. No responce from support.

But this really rubs me the wrong way. I know you must have a lot of work, but you also earned a lot of money. Gives us the stuff and service we paid for.

Idk who is responsible for this mess, but head of the support team should be fired. This is unacceptable.
