Losing map bonuses is killing all enjoyment I have for this game

This game is what I wanted diablo to be but never was. I love the complexity and difficulty. That being said, I really, REALLY hate losing map bonuses when I die.

It's not because I can't live or don't know how to play. I can throw the most obscene wp into a blank map and clear it with EASE. BUT if I but a mild wp into a juiced map I die 95% of the time. Usually right when I enter the map because 2-500 elites spawned right at the entrance portal.

GGG you need to fix whatever it is you are doing with juiced maps to make them 500x more difficult. It's not fun at all.

I wanted to start a similar post, but I will add to this one.

GGG is robbing me of my ability to get revenge.

in the campaign, when I had died on a boss, I would respawn on a close checkpoint and try the boss over and over until I killed it, regardless the XP loss because my determination was fueled by revenge!

when I die on an "endgame" map, the boss is gone, the specials are gone, the bonuses are gone, and the whole map is gone.
It is incredibly discouraging to continue to play this game when this happens

I am not motivated to continue and quit.

I have not played POE2 for over a week, because of that reason.
waiting for a patch or fix or at least an acknowledgement that the game cannot be left in this state.

Just get rid of the 1 portal rule and we will have patience while you cook GGG but the 1 portal rule is unacceptable

Isn't that the point of juicing maps? High risk, high reward? If it was easy, there wouldn't be anything special about those maps anymore, and everyone would complain about how much clutter is on the ground.

I like the 1-attempt system. It's fun for me, and I think it's well balanced.

Then why could you juice maps in PoE 1 and there was no one death? One death sucks.

Because you, he, me, she, it, them, they were all begging poe2 to be a DIFFERENT game?
