Paid status? Crossplatform? Can I share my early access on my PC?

I play on Xbox since December 6th (have bought two variants of Early Access), today I downloaded client on PC, but there are the game tells me that I need to buy another early access, when I try to log in on PC. Do I need? Or you can fix my account?

If you want to play on PC then you need to purchase a PC EA key. Keys are not cross-platform.

Maybe a bit of weird advice because its probably gonna take a very long time due to the backlog and/or employee shortage they have in the CSR department, but if it is your intention to hop over to PC I'd suggest contacting customer support to see if you can get the key converted.

I don't know for sure that they will, but it isn't dissimilar to service requests I've made of them in the past to have individual smaller MTX points packs up-converted to a single larger pack of equivalent monetary value.

Worth a shot at least, but like I said, may have a couple of while on the wait time.
