Presence area of effect on scepter not working

My scepter has 20% presence area of effect, it is supposed to increase the aura's area by 20%.

It does not work on blasphemy even though blasphemy is stated as Aura as well as area.

Please fix this..

"Presence Area" isn't "Aura Area".

Some items and skills have an effect on allies or enemies in your Presence. Those that do, use that specific term. Blasphemy does not.

The in-game explanation for the term "Presence" does say "such as many Auras", suggesting that there are Auras that do not use your Presence to determine their area of effect. Blasphemy instead uses the radius of the curse gem.
