Disconnections and Lag Spikes (recently)

Some days ago the disconnections were pretty bad.
About 8 or so, not horrible, mostly when zoning.

The disconnections have settled down, however, the lag spikes have earned horrible status.
Same internet, attempts made at different times of day, worse, near useless, connection. On occasion it settles just enough to lull me into a not expecting it, then boom stop-action-to-fastforward game play.

The game has never run this badly.
