Idea : merge blue orbs, and bring back alterations

Orbs of augmentation are like litter on my display. There's too many of them and yet I still need them after using an orb of transmutation or essence.

When really, there should be one blue orb that adds a affix to a blue or white item.

And there should be another blue orb, let's call it alteration, that deletes an affix and adds one to a blue item.

This IMO declutters my inventory while solving crafting somewhat (which is usually transmute or essence, augment, trash, or regal chaos etc).
