Please leave league mechanic markers exposed on the map once discovered

While mapping in POE2 and for some unknown reason the markers for ritual altars and expedition sites disappear off the map once you walk too far away. Can we revert this to just leave the marker up at all times once it's discovered? I see no gameplay aspect that makes this unreasonable to ask for. Once we map the ritual, expedition, breech, or whatever other mechanic's location that the marker should just stay on the map permanently.
