Please add " Immune to non-damaging ailments " as enemy modifier or fix Blind support gem

I'm using Blind support and the star icon stopped appearing when using Staggering Palm's wind blasts. It just happened in the last day or so and I've died many times trying to figure out what the problem was.

I've tested it on Tempest Flurry and Ice Strike directly and some mobs would get the icon for half a second and then it disappeared.

I've also tested it on the same mobs in the same map using Herald of Thunder procs and the icon appeared as normal and stayed active.

I thought maybe it was because the enemies had a passive that gives 100% accuracy but it should appear as a modifier for that mob, either the skill or immunity to certain non-damaging ailments. I didn't see anything but maybe I missed it.

I'm just looking for some clarification if anyone can help.
