"It Blinds Enemies..." hyperopia or myopia? LoL

Just check out D2, how "Blind" should work pls.

P.S: In Act 3 enemy sorceress cast a "Frozen Orb" spell to me. Almost 100% accurate as D2's. That's not a problem for me but i wish "Fire Wall" spell in this game also worked like that. ;P))
