Bug Item quest

Hello, I am currently stuck trying to obtain my "Trial of Sekhemas" with the quest item Balbala's Barya from Act 2 (Normal).

When I completed the quest, I was in a party with another player, so I didn’t pick up the item needed to open the Ascendancy door. The problem is that I can no longer access the area or obtain the quest item again.

When I am in the Act 2 (Normal) town, I get the message "Join the Traitor’s Passage", and when I enter that zone, I get the message "Go talk to Zarka." I have repeatedly tried to redo the area to obtain the item, but it’s impossible.

I also tried joining another player in the Ascendancy zone, but it is also impossible, whether in Normal or Cruel difficulty.
