Full Thoughts on everything

general feed back i agree with like 75% of the Ben video.
make unique more better, campaign skip, crafting less currency sink, Map tabs, give me my supports back, new map OBJ's,

~~Campaigns

POE1's campaigns problem was how repetitive and un-skippable it was. it took you at fastest 2-6 hours before "fun" started and then up to 10-20 hours. Not that it was a bad story. ((blizz has a better story just cause of how cinematic it is)) When i get friends into the game i tell them the game doesn't "open up" until act 3. POE2 then ups the campaign to 20 hours off the rip! and it's not finished yet. If the Campaign is going to "bigger and longer" for Vets you need some for of skipping/fast tracking.

~~ Crafting
successfully given us reasons to pick up more base types & pick up more rares at the cost of immediately trashing it as soon as 1 bad mod pops up on a base. then I'm left with the 50/50 of dumping more expensive currency or trashing it because there's no Blue re-rolling to attempt to save the base.

crafting really feels like it's intentionally built to just eat a bunch of currency.

~~ builds / gems

builds still feel like they have the ability to be distinct and unique from character to character BUT you feel pigeon holed into one path because of 1 support per character! (( which is the dumbest thing this game has done)). This could be due to not all the skills and supports being in the game yet but the structure set up for every build being a 2-3 skill build really exacerbates the feeling of needing more supports. i constantly feel like I'm being slightly guard railed into slotting the same things because it just fits better here than there. i do understand it was intended to fix no brainier lock in skills like melee totems in poe 1 where not having a totem was essentially walking around with 30% less damage.

~~ MAPPING

i like the new atlas it really gives me a sense of progression over poe1, i like mapping in general. I don't understand why there aren't map tabs. Towers are cool but let me put a tablet into them while in the map, and i feel like I'm wasting a map going into them. I think some of the trials (both sehkimah and chaos ) should be some map completion objectives .

~~ General

a lot of differences in the game feel like they are different just for the sake of being different to widen the gap of poe1.
Ailment threshold for mobs feels weird since i have to 1 scale ailment chance, and then still overcome their ailment threshold with enough damage. but things like Armour break on players is stripping them of ALL defense.

Meaningful combat just means "slow players and press 3 buttons per interaction"

Well's feel unnecessary, i rarely run out of flask mapping only in boss fights, or when 1 rare has super regen + defense + healing and more stats than a pinnacle boss.

Mana cost feels like it's meant to be "meaningful combat"

Passive tree needs more life sprinkled around. recoup being 8 secs is wild low key. the tree feels like it was watered down and somethings were taken off for no reason i understand. kinda loops back into the guard railing feeling. EVERY UNIQUE IS DOG DOO DOO. all of them are uninteresting or are just so weak that it's not worth using. Unique crossbows for example. mist-walker having chain built in but the damage is so low i'm losing 90% damage I'd rather use chain support. the other unique cross bow is slightly better damage wise and has a interesting trait.
