[Ranger][Skills] Orb Of Storms (yeah, not a "ranger" skill)

Ok, my take on this combo is kinda negative.

I understand the fun in using other classes abilities and see the synergy popping, but this interaction is broken. A ranger that casts spells to do damage AND is OP?

Why should it stay as is?

No, definitely not a Ranger skill. But it is what makes this game so much fun and so versatile in build making

I dont think its broken the damage its fair.

Do not use it if you don't like it. PoE2 isn't a competitive game, why you want to nerf that makes the game interesting and fun to others?
Combo skills of various classes - we need more such combinations.
