GGG taking peoples money, locking peoples accounts, and failing to provide customer service

Yes, I know they made a post recently about being behind on customer service. But they are prioritizing other things above this. And taking people's money but then not allowing them to use a product and failing to respond to any attempts to fix the issue, is frankly pretty fraudulent as a company.

And to the "If you have done nothing wrong, you have nothing to hide" crowd constantly assuming anyone locked cheated or did RMT, no, I am an ssf player, there is just a ridiculous situation right now where people are getting falsely locked for a plethora of reasons, I read about another guy who got locked for using the words "RMT" in chat where he was calling out someone trying to cheat with RMT. Having such a ban happy system is a problem in the first place, but what was GGG thinking have systems like this in place without customer service available to fix the issue? You guys are really going to be spending time on patch balances and game changes for months, but not the most basic service you should be providing?

To the GGG devs-are you planning to offer refunds if your product is not made available to those who paid for it in a timely fashion?

I experience the exacte same issue.
It's modern theft not having to respond at all locking accounts out of nowhere.

I asked for an old steam account to be unlinked so I could add the steam account that I bought the game on.

Dec 7th I asked and on Feb 6th after a few email exchanges where they insisted on asking the same questions that were already answered in a previous email, but this time re-phrasing them so they sound different, eventually was informed that the old steam account had been removed.

2 months.

Eagerly I logged into this site to link the correct Steam account but I am unable to as my account is now locked.

Pure genius.

I genuinely stopped supporting Blizzard for very similar reasons.
Gutted that I feel like this about GGG so soon after purchasing my first product from them.

Im not sure what the problem is.

I know this problem isn't as bad as being account banned but last week out of nowhere my account was chat banned even though i don't talk.
All chats apart from party chat and whisper are permanently disabled. I only interact minimally when helping players in campaign.

It only lasted 24 hours but my initial thoughts where a scalper and price fixer abusing report system after I blocked them for false listing price on trade, they own all items of this type lol.

But I recent started thinking it's not that and there is something else going on with thier system
