can't remove the controlled metamorphosis diamond

i was gonna try some new build and found out that i cant remove it from the socket anyone knows the reason of this ?

Hello, I had the same issue. You have to make sure that all of the passives allotted in that ring are deselected. I had one selected I didn't see and it cant be removed then. Try removing all the nodes in that ring that aren't connected to anything. Hope that helps.

I have the same issue. Ive refunded all passives on the ring still wont let me remove it

Same Issue, cant unallocate pain so i can remove the diamond

You have to remove the allocated points that you picked in its radius to remove it
