My Atlas is almost completely surrounded by DEAD ends!! Im not feeling the mojo to head off into the fog blind(AGAIN) to find another dead end.
The Atlas needs exactly ZERO dead ends FFS!

Adding weight to this observation.

My atlas is plagued by narrow passages bounded by impassible mountains and or lakes.

Let's say I want to head east from the starting point. Five maps in, I hit a mountain range that causes me to use 25 more maps to get around it.

I saw an orange beacon in the fog of war. I thought, "Ok, that's maybe 10 maps away". Nope, it took 37 maps to get to it.

In addition, more than half of my atlas is covered by non-map rendering terrain.

Makes it terribly hard to set up towers, and when I do, most of the tower power is wasted on non-map generating terrain (mountains, lakes).
+ 1 for the op, not much else to add.

If you're going to take away our ability to make the same map over and over again, at least have the decency to offer us a progression without dead-ends.
