Network connection problems

Hey, I'm playing Poe2 now for more than 250 hours on playstation 5. And the connection was fine. Yesterday even before the patch my server connection changed dramatically. I have spikes between 10ms and 500 plus all the time. It's changing in seconds. It get this far that the game is paused for a bit automatically. This happens ever few seconds.
Even when I just stay in the hideout. Some Ideas why? Thanks
