Off screen enemies

I'm sure this has been mentioned. But it's reaaaaal frustrating when I die to off screen ranged enemies.

Now... if only I could zoom out...

GGG said they are making a few changes, including toning down these. Specifically, the meteor hitting you offscreen and that one hag that points at you, but they said there are a lot more changes.

Excited to see these changes very soon.
