I dont want to take too much time from you because you surely need to rethink a bit too but do you think it makes sense to start the build as a newcomer to sanctum now?

I mean the build itself isnt the problen - just worried if these changes are just over the top.

If you havent practised sanctums i would say try to over gear before going to sanctum. Its ok to do low sanctums and move up from there. About sanctum changes it is very hard to tell if right move to play sanctum or not. These sanctum changes are a fucking joke...

It's enough information for me.

I will start as totem because I can do all content with your guide.

In the swap I will level the gems for brand and maybe switch later if things get too expnsive somehow.

I feel bad for you guys who had sanctum in their routine for long time. Always a bad feeling if someone just makes something "less good" without changing at least smth to more reliable or more good. Changes/nerfes just feel last second and not well prepared.

Maybe prices of uniques and other stuff will increase (which drop in sanctum) in a way that we wont feel the nerfes that hard. Or maybe tomes will be pretty cheap or smth.

Will, from time to time, tell how build is going. :-)

Great guide! I think I'm going to league start this. I've been a long time PBoD and Hexblast enjoyer in sanctum, but I'm getting tired of those builds and want to try something new.

The sanctum nerfs definitely hurt but I'm still going to try it out. The chaos will still be useful early on and we don't know how much they actually lowered the div drops. I think the last floor can also still drop 2 stacks of divs. It'll be interesting to see how the relic market is as well. Maybe they will go for more if a lot less people are running sanctum. I'm also hoping tomes are a lot cheaper.

Either way, maybe it will be good to force us sanctum runners to play other mechanics. It was always too good for me to pass up and I would consistently be able to grind to a MB within a week.

We'll see how it goes!

Kinda salty and my hype for league is already dead but well see what happens... my plan may change bigtime at any point xD

My league start plan
1. start rolling magma/hf totem and swap to swt at around end of act4 or act5 (need 4-link and hrimsorrow)
2. at around lvl 58 buy demolition/lockpick contracts and start heist and jump campaign/heist at level ups so can buy contracts and run them. Hopefully i can have enough chaos to buy astral projector.
3. Dont kill kitava yet
4. start sanctum prison (will suck but yolo)
5. Stay in sanctum until mageblood or what ever.
6. Do rest of content

at somepoint i will kill kitava and upgrade pantheons so its more a day 2/3 thing i think. If i hate new sanctum so much going to do normal swt content and maybe bossing or ravaged blighting as plan b

never been this sad on leaguestart and played for 7years :( I even got a new pc yesterday 5070ti/9800x3d so yeah feels still shit to start new poe league XD

edit: will post daily updates about personal proggress

just curious, why do you pick kill all bandits instead of kraityn or alira? +7 ms or +45 res just seems way better than a single passive point

for endgame its always superior when get clusters and need 1point for what ever. But you are right they are good and pick if want to but i prefer always +1skill point!

Should have posted a upate before i setup ag version but forgot. But well went heist and farmed 2divines in chaos orbs and sleep. When wake up bought astral projector for 1div and went low sanctums... i have ran now 15 i68-73 sanctums and seen 0 divines... wont stop before find one :) Here is my 28hours to league setup. Dont think i have ever been this poor... sanctum is a low chaos fest and would probably get way more currency just running maps XDDD Got nice RF jewel bought for good price so using it. I have a merc that has malevo so i can run RF but need little more regen so can put rf on automation (selfcast for now rooms i fight in)

My ag. Found out these new gloves are pretty good and easy fix instead rare! Regen rate goes from 15-25 so huge!

20x i68-77sanctums run and 0div seen :) so fun game
