[3.26]juju's Shockwave Totem Guide || King of Sanctum || Blight || League start || Boss and mapping!

Having trouble figuring out details with the switch to low life.

The "Maps low life" variant in the PoB drops Arcanist Brand for casting Vortex + Bonechill, but still uses Heatshiver and Hypothermia which rely on Chill. In Configuration "Is the Enemy Chilled?" is just force-enabled with 30% Effect. But where is this ailment coming from?

For my char dropping Vortex cut DPS by more than half. And even with Vortex enabled it only provided 14% effect of Chill.
