Psychic Fragmentation + Wildshards

Not sure if this is intended, but Psychic Fragmentation + Wildshards behaves weird. When used in conjunction, Psychic Fragmentation never procs on its own (i.e i never get the 2 extra projectiles), it only procs when wildshards procs, so then i get giga projectiles.

I'm using it with ball lightning, if that matters.

I have the same thing, I think it shouldn't work like that

I believe this bug is still in the game today. I am seeing this happen with Frostbolt+Scattershot+Wildshards+PsyhicFragmentation. Without Wildshards, I can proc 5 bolts, but not with.

I wouldn't imagine that if fixed, it would look something like doubling (tripling?) the Wildshards shot, but maybe adding 2 more to the ring of 13 that already proc from Wild and Scattershot?
