Xbox series x, act 3 town after time jump not playable.

Every time I enter town after the time jump my whole system crashes. The screen will start to tear , have black flickering in patches and then force the game off. I'm sent to my xbox series x home screen, and game has shut off completely. This has happen 10 times in a row now. At this point it unplayable for me as I can not progress the story.

I'm actually facing the same issue, I just arrive in cruel act 3 jungle and after activating a check point my game crashed and put me back to the Xbox home screen. Every time I lunch the game I can't pass the load screen

I have uninstall re-install the game and it fix the issue
