the forge doesn't appear to me

I'm lvl 91, I already did the secondary mission a long time ago from the forge but it doesn't appear as an option for me.

In my Hideout I don't have the option to place it. If I go to another player's Hideout I see the forge but I can't click on it.

I have already created other characters but the option to do the secondary mission no longer appears. Is it a big just for me?
