Soul Tether effect does not apply with "Into the breach" Ascendancy node

Very quick report as this may very possibly be intented

I tried the Soul Tether Belt with the Chayula Monk "Into the Breach" Node, as I thought the node would apply the leech from red flames to energy shield when I was full on life

It turns out the belt did not apply any of the leech from the flames to energy shield when picked up, even when I was in combat, and had damage taken.

if there is anything else you want me to test out, please let me know

This remains bugged. Soul Tether should work with the "leech 15% of your maximum health" from red remnants. Please fix, this is a cool interaction!

Still bugged, ruining my eureka moment.


Obviously not healthy for the game for this interaction to work, but mechanically it's sound.
