POE 2: Game window is moved in windowed fullscreen mode

I have my taskbar on the top of my monitor, when the game starts, the game is slightly lowered to below the taskbar even though it's in windowed full screen mode.

If I move my taskbar to the bottom, then back to the top, then click the game, the window re-adjusts and actually takes up the full screen.

I have the same problem with my taskbar on the left, the game boots and is shifted to the right until I switch it to fullscreen and then back to borderless again. Running W11 23H2.
