Cosmetics and Twitch items not appearing on PlayStation 5

So what's so unbelievable here is the lack of information provided, I found the solution for both cosmetic and in game Twitch drops.

1) Twitch items are not sent to inbox, in fact if you didn't look you would have 0 clue you actually had them. They are just under cosmetics, no notifications etc .. there should be a received new items notification upon game login imo to avoid such confusion and frustration for the player.

2) If you like myself have been losing your mind trying to locate the cosmetics area on a PlayStation 5 .. I finally found it.

Hold down the main center touch pad, this will bring up several options, in a quick access style menu, including the elusive cosmetics.

@Mods my sincere apologies for my anger before, and I hope others can read this so they have the solution.
