Frozen Locus not working with Astral Projection support gem

Although Astral Projection supports nova skills, and Frozen Locus is a nova skill, this functionality does not work at all.

The Explosion radius IS lowered from 2M to 1.6M, and the gem description in the Skills menu does show "Casts at the targeted location instead of around you"

Any idea if this was solved?

In Poe2 v0.2 it says that it has 30% less AOE, and yes, it should target your cursor instead of your char, it has the tag "NOVA", and is that's the whole idea.

Can confirm, astral projection still doesn't work with frozen locus - it does not cast at the targeted location.
