error messages while buying stash tabs

Hello,
i bought with the 300 credits some stash tab for my chest, i add error messages at that moment saying that the transaction was not possible. result i have multiple time the same article... please can you cancel those transactions so i can buy the choosen articles?
I sent a request on the 12/16 but no return yet...
