Buying Vendor Gear not rewarding

Just logged on and went to a vendor to sell some stuff and also check out what they had.

Massive upgrade of a rare item at the vendor doesn’t feel right.

IMHO those rares would be better found after killing a named MOB or dropping randomly in game.

But just buying a massive upgrade does not feel good at all.

Again, just my opinion.
