Heist issue with client Adiyah. Big Ref. # 3708195375

I have a contract that I can't remove from my characters inventory that needs Adiyah perception at level 2. But she only has perception level 1 so I can't do the contract and its stuck in my inventory. I can't delete it or stash it or put it in the heist locker. I'm stuck with it with no way to bring her perception to level 2.
