Xbox Series X POE2 Bugs & Glitches & Crashes & lag

I'm playing on Xbox Series X on POE2 dealing with a lot of lag, rubber banding & cut scenes very Pixelated. Plus the UI is very Buggy & glitchty & everything in the game loads slow for me. I seriously love this game seriously I do wish this could be all fixed

Okay the mercenary aiming is really p***inf me off! It is really frustrating in boss fights especially!
My Merc is more indecisive than me looking for munchies at the supermarket! It's like he developed ADHD and can't decide which enemy to shoot and before I can begin shooting half my health is gone! Trials are ridiculous because I can't even see if my health is draining I just die... Please fix this or give us some kind of target lock please!!
