game chrashed.. character bricked

playing on xbox console but that part on forums looks pretty dead, so im posting it here too.

until now i had a blast. im on 2nd playthrough cruel difficulty, spent hours already. i just started act 3 yesterday, today i left the town into jungle, game crashed, now my character is bricked, i can´t even log on to it, every time i try the game crashes in the loading screen again.

i can create and play a new character, in fact i won´t do this.

any suggestions? i restarted, i cleared out chache, fiddled around in setting, nothing helped.
