Ascent to Power is stuck on "Search Traitor's Passage" 3rd acendancy PS5

I didn't get a quest reward, just a regular Barya, and now have no way of entering for my 3rd ascendancy.I killed Balbala few times now and it still did not drop anything to proceed - quest is stuck in "search traitor's passage"

this confused me too when I went through it. Just kill the boss in there, it's for the ascension which you won't be able to complete until level 90 or so because it's such BS

thats not how u get those points. cruel is not a real mode so it wont be in the full game only in ea. youtube how to get all points

same here. did like 5 full clear run on this map. killed balbala several times. quest still there..
