Socials keybind always opens up Create Party tab

Socials keybind doesn't open last closed tab. It always opens Create Party for me. Using WASD movement if this has any relevance.
Everyone else I asked about this has theirs opening up Friends tab as it presumably should. I don't see anywhere in config.ini nor ingame settings where I as an user could influence it. Playing in SSF makes it even more ironic.

This started happening to me well in December, but only after I joined a guild. Now, when I press J button, Create party opens, not Friends tab.

any solution here? for quite a while I have this as well and would like to see "Friend" Tab first when I enter with the shortcut "J"

Any solution? It drives me crazy and randomly does it and then will fix itself at some point not sure what causes it
