Problems with restitution points on passive tree

I tried to rest my points on passive tree with Doryani, but some points are not modify (in particular points Who gave atrib points)
There are somente Who can make me a help in this particular case?
P.s.: I have gold enough to make these rests.
P.s.2: I allready unequip all my stuffs, thinking this are the problem, and nothing happens.
