Dual wielding mecanic question

Hey Exiles,

considering dual wielding 2 weapons.

How are mace skills damage calculated, let's say for Earthquake mentioning:
Strike with both weapons with 30% less damage.

Is the total damage calculated from the sum of the Weapon main + Weapon off ?
Is it instead 2 different hits, main and off hand separated ?
How Ignite is behaving ? (1 instance from a total, or the last instance applied among the 2 hits ?)

Finally, are there inherent bonus for dual wielding (AS, Block...) ?

Thanks.

It's one combined hit from damage of two weapons. Ignite is also calculated from this combined hit. No inherent passive bonuses for DW.

It's a bit miss-leading since the detail window indicate the damage of the main hand and off-hand, but it might be as well understood as a break-down of the average damage mentioned on the top.
I should've rechecked the actual wording before replying I guess.

To me this line implies one combined hit, and I intuitively decided that it works like in PoE1.

But in-game it says "While Dual Wielding, both weapons hit with 30% less damage". This line is more open to interpretation. I did many tests with 2 identical maces and Perfect Strike (which also has the line as do most mace attacks). Apparently, ignites inflicted while dual wielded dealt exactly 30% less damage. Which means the weapons hit separately.
Hits don't get combined like that in PoE2.
