Early access issue

Paid for early access on Xbox. Trying to get on website and told I don't have early access. Lvl 64 ranger is surprised she doesn't exist.

If you’re talking about where early access eligibility is shown it’s my understanding that’s how it appears for those of us playing on console since we didn’t go through their store.



Those who redeemed keys or got access directly from the PoE site should show here, not sure about Steam.
