Trade Website – Characters Not Syncing, Auto-Whisper & Manual Whisper Fail

Hello everyone,

I’m experiencing an issue with the Path of Exile trade website since last night, and I can’t figure out how to fix it.

The Problem:

My Steam account is correctly linked to the Path of Exile website.
However, my in-game information (characters) no longer appears on the trade site.
Because of this, I cannot contact sellers:
The auto-whisper button gives this error:
"Invalid query: Your account must be in-game to use auto-whisper."

When I try to manually paste the whisper message in-game, I get:
"Failed to send private message to charactername: The specified character does not exist."

What’s Strange:

I’ve successfully bought and sold items in the past using the same account and method.
This issue only started since last night.
Steps I’ve Already Tried:

Logged out and back in on the website (using the Steam login button).
Restarted the game, Steam, and my computer.
Cleared browser cache and tried other browsers.
Confirmed that I am online and active in-game while using the trade site.
What I Suspect:

My Steam account is linked correctly, but there seems to be a sync issue between my in-game data and the trade website.
Questions:

Is there a way to force a re-sync between my account and the trade website?
Has anyone else experienced this recently?
Could this be a temporary server-side issue?
I’d really appreciate any help or advice to resolve this. It’s frustrating not being able to trade when everything was working fine just a day ago.
