Can't redownload on playstation 5

Purchased poe2 beta on release, was removing some games to free up space accidentally removed poe2, gone into the playstation store to re-download it's asking me to purchase it again to be able to download it? Is that a bug or do you need to pay each time you download it essentially?

I know someone else who redownloaded it, so there should be a way.

Just to be sure, the key you bought originally was on Playstation, right?

PC and XBox keys don't work for PS5.
