Archmage is draining mana from fiery death triggering

When archmage is active, the fiery death support gem triggered explosions will cause significant mana drain, as if each explosion is considered as a spell cast. This seems unintended as the explosion should be considered a passive effect of the original spell instead of a new cast.

This is still a thing in v0.2, hopefully it's not intended. It especially sucks given that archmage mana consumption was increased.
